【Product Introduction】
Asphalt mixture composite modifier enhancer refers to: the road surface paved with asphalt mixture produced  by adding ultra-high performance non-rutting asphalt modifier , its anti-rutting performance is more than 15 times that of ordinary SBS  modified asphalt mixture , which significantly reduces road rutting, so that the asphalt pavement will not rut and crack under the high-intensity rolling of heavy-loaded vehicles during its service life , and no  rutting above 1.0 cm  will occur and there will be no rutting cracks on the traffic pavement .

Asphalt mixture composite modification enhancer is a polymer material that is composite-modified using single-component epoxy and reactive tackifying resin. It can be directly added to the mixing tank of the asphalt mixing plant to modify the asphalt, greatly improving the anti-rutting performance of the asphalt mixture.

Adding this product to  No. 70  road petroleum asphalt can increase the 60 °C dynamic stability of the corresponding mixture  to more than 40,000 times / mm  and the 70 °C dynamic stability to more than 20,000 times /mm  ; at the same time , it has no adverse effects on the low-temperature performance and water damage resistance of the mixture .

【How to use】

  Dosage: If there are test conditions,  three  different dosages should be measured.The changes in the high temperature performance, water stability performance, low temperature performance and other road performance of the asphalt mixture after the asphalt mixture is composited with a modifier and enhancer are determined comprehensively. When there is a lack of test conditions, the reference range of the dosage is  0.8%~1.0% ;
Add  the product directly into the asphalt mixing plant according to the designed dosage;
Units  with conditions can use automatic continuous feeders for feeding.
【Packaging and storage】
Packaging 
It is packaged in fusible  PE  bags, usually  25kg/ bag, and can also be customized as needed.
  Storage
Store in dry, airtight condition.

【Construction technology】
 The use process of the composite modifier for asphalt mixture is convenient and simple. It can be directly added during the mixing process of the asphalt mixture. It can be added by a feeder or manually. If the manual feeding mode is used, it should be added within 10 seconds  after  the stone starts to be fed.
Dry  mix the additives with the mineral material, and the mixing time should be  10  seconds or more;
Add  hot asphalt for wet mixing, the mixing time should be  45  seconds or more;
The  quality control, storage and transportation of finished mixture shall refer to  SBS  modified asphalt mixture.

【Engineering Application】
Asphalt mixture composite modifier technology has been successfully applied in many projects:
1. In 2019  , it was applied on the heavy-load traffic section of Nanjing Zhengpu Line. After three years of operation, it has been shown that it has better overcome the history of two repairs per year, and no rutting disease has occurred so far;
2. In August  2022  , the rutting treatment at intersections of Nanjing's  2022  national and provincial road maintenance and  repair project;
3. In September  2022  , Huai'an City's  2022  national  and provincial trunk road pavement maintenance project;
4. In  October  2022  , Huai'an City's  2022  National and Provincial Trunk Highway  G344  Road Maintenance and Emergency Repair Project; Changzhou City's  2022  Maintenance and Major Repair Project  S232  Rutting Treatment;
5. In November  2022  , Nanjing  G205 and Changzhou  S265  disaster prevention  and emergency repair projects.
